I will start by saying this establishment was a great environment. However it is NOT really celiac friendly. I was told the gluten free appetizer is not safe for celiac as it shares the same fryer as gluten foods. There weren’t many options for true gluten free foods and even if you wanted a burger without the bun, they cook the buns on the grill with the burgers so you couldn’t have it if you wanted to.

Went to the new restaurant for dinner because I saw there were gluten free items listed on the menu online. Ordered the gluten free appetizer after our server said it was safe. The chips included with the appetizer were fried in a shared frier so I couldn’t eat the it. The sever then said they couldn’t guarantee anything to be strictly gluten free without any cross contamination. I barely touched the main I got and what I did have wasn’t very good.
