My waiter was extremely knowledgeable about gluten free and celiac. Anything he even had the slightly hesitation about, he went back and asked the chef. When the busboy brought me regular bread, he was all over it, making sure they took it away and brought gluten free rolls. While they don’t have a separate menu, almost anything on the menu can be make gluten free, if it’s not naturally gluten free.
