Old Hickory Steakhouse

We have several food intolerances including gluten and our server was extremely knowledgeable. We were able to note our food allergies/intolerances when making reservations. Before our server even came to our table he consulted with the chef and had several recommendations for us. Collectively we had filets and short ribs with mashed potatoes. It was an excellent meal and we were extremely impressed! We will definitely dine there again the next time we stay at the Gaylord!

We always have an awesome meal and walk away fully content. We are a gluten, soy and corn free food family. The serving team was very attentive to our food allergy needs and ensuring everything was up to our standard. The oysters are fresh (flown in daily) and the entrees are extraordinarily prepared right to our liking. We have had no issues eating here.
