I’ve been going to this old school bagel location for a few months and it used to be great! They would wipe down the surfaces, change their gloves, and change out the knife used to slice the gluten free bagel. Recently I’ve been twice and both times they have disregarded my allergy note. The first time I watched the lady not change gloves, use a regular non-gluten free bagel for my sandwich, and cut it with the same knife (I know it was my order because they brought it out to me and only remade it when requested - which they were upset about having to do). I went again thinking it was a bad day, however they again did not change gloves and decided to just throw a packaged gluten free bagel in a to-go bag without preparing it in any way. Will not be returning to this location since they’ve shown to be very unsafe for someone with a gluten allergy.

They do have a gluten free plain bagel that can be heated or toasted. The cashier did not recommend toasting due to cross contamination. As far as GF bagels go this one was pretty good. Still has the weird texture and bland taste but good for what we can eat

I am in love with old school bagel!!! They have a gluten free bagel. I literally eat here 2 or 3 times a week! They always ask if I am true celiac and change gloves and work from a clean surface!!! At this point they know me and don't even have to ask! Very good customer service!!!

Great place. They have gluten free bagels so you can get whatever sandwich you want or make your own. They are Udi’s brand and they will heat them up for you as well as the meat and cheese. They will ask you if you’re celiac and make sure to avoid cross-contamination if you say yes.
