They are pretty knowledgeable about gluten. I have celiac disease and am very symptomatic. I've never been sick after eating there. If you have questions, it's best to ask to speak to the manager. A lot of the BBQ options are GF. They also have GF hamburger buns.

I don’t have celiacs but eating gluten and dairy makes me feel very sick. They never give you “probably or maybe” answers. The staff always knows or they ask with certainty. I love the gluten and dairy free bun. I get sweet potato fries and a burger without cheese—which doesn’t matter because there is so much other flavor. Love coming here.

Food was basic but good. If you are worried about cross contamination risk is high. No precautions taken. Non gf meals stacked above mine when carried over, cornbread on my tray…I have my fingers crossed that I don’t loose a few pounds the hard way tonight.

Gluten free heaven. Substituted straight cut fries in the buffalo chicken fry appetizer, 10/10. Large portion, enough for two people and to bring some home later. Got the pulled pork BBQ sandwich with the gluten free bun- probably one of the best gluten free breads I’ve tried. Big sandwich with great flavor. Not many places around that makes such high quality gluten free.
Server was very helpful making a few substitutions and answering questions.

Comparable to Mission. Most BBQ meat is made gluten free. Waitress and staff were very helpful and knowledgeable with providing gluten free options. Had the pulled pork and ribs with a side of baked beans. Huge portions and very good with no issues. Only thing I would have them change is add GF markers on the menu.
