The owner is very sympathetic to those with food restrictions. Very accommodating, Just ask questions, they’ll be honest. They understood cross contamination & can even make breakfast sandwiches on GF bagel. My celiac kids had GF pizza for lunch.

So nice to find a place where I can find something gluten free in a town with few GF options. There is Not a Dedicated fryer. But they do have GF Bread, Pizza Crust and Flatbread. Ordered the double cheese burger with gluten free bun and chips. it was a good bun for GF.

Staff was knowledgeable about gluten. Several of the cooks had Family who have celiac, so they were careful about cross contamination. Gluten free toast!

No dedicated fryer. No gF menu. most everything is fried, breaded, tortillas. grilled chicken salad it is.
