I have Celiac Disease, so cross-contact is a big deal, and did not get sick when I went for lunch. This place is a diner-style restaurant and, according to one of the servers, they do not bake their own bread (so less possibility of flour in the air). The skillet options are gf, and the fries that come with it are more of a hash at the bottom of the skillet. I am not sure if the other fry options are fried in a dedicated fryer. One of the servers was able to provide information about what is gf on the menu (not marked) and how they work to avoid cross-contact in the kitchen. Based on my first experience there, it seems to be celiac safe so far.
