Ole Smoky Distillery "The Barrelhouse"

They have a list of all of the their tastings that are gluten free. Of course, it's a tabletop tasting so there might be trace amounts on the counter although it is wiped down after every round. My server there, Jeff, was careful to check this list every single time before a pouring a drink to ensure I could have it.
