I cannot speak to the precautions taken in the kitchen but our waiter was knowledgeable about what had gluten and what didn’t. There is a large variety of GF options. We had a Chirizo Catalan, a tasty Lentil stew and Paella Mixta. All SUPER tasty. No side effects afterwards. We will be back.

Great selection and knowledgeable, friendly servers. I've been there twice and have had a great meal both times. I find there to be a fairly wide selection as a vegetarian with Celiac, and the non-GF omnivores I've eaten with have all had good things to say as well.
