No dedicated GF menu, but they were fairly knowledgeable. Salmon was excellent. Bread was awesome, but had to ask for it. (Thank you past posters). Located in the Courtyard by Marriott, which we weren’t expecting. So not a place to get in touch with the German culture if you are tourists like us.

We ate there twice and had two nice meals and the GF bread is great. The staff and kitchen are knowledgeable about gluten free and although there aren’t a lot of options on the menu the chef made a GF pasta and salmon and veg for me that were tasty. The atmosphere is nice too in the courtyard Marriott. We did book the second night as it does get busy.
Gluten free bread was authentic and tasty. They generously offered a second basket! Zuppa was fantastic !

Had the gf pasta and they provided gluten free bread. Very good restaurant! However, they run out of gf pasta quickly it seems. Ask before seating if they have it for you.

Dinner - This was much nicer than I expected for a hotel restaurant, especially at a Courtyard. All of the staff I interacted with spoke English very well, and were very knowledgeable and helpful. I asked about a GF menu, but the server suggested that I look over the main menu and pick out a few options, because there were so many that it would take too long to show me all of them. He did mention that they had GF pasta, and then confirmed with the kitchen that they always use a separate pot. As soon as I asked about GF, he had the kitchen put two different GF rolls in the oven for me, and they were great! I had a starter salad, pasta with beef, and sorbet. (I think that was the only GF dessert). They brought out the sorbet with a waffle-cookie stuck in it, but when I mentioned it, they were very apologetic and brought me a new one promptly. Overall, this meal is tied for my favorite on this trip! My non-GF family members enjoyed it as well.
Breakfast - we stayed at this Courtyard, and had breakfast here twice. I had called before booking and asked if they could offer GF breakfasts, and they said yes, just let them know at breakfast time and they'd bake some GF bread for me. Once there, I asked what was GF, and they showed me around the buffet, pointing out cheeses, jams, fruits, and eggs, and muesli in sealed serving-sized packages. They didn't offer bread, and this was before I'd had the awesome rolls at dinner, so I was just satisfied with the muesli and buffet. Plenty to eat, and easy, if you're not too worried about cross-contamination. If that's an issue, I bet they'd take care of you.

Staff were gf knowledgeable. Went out of their way to modify a meal for me. When I visited they were out of stock there no gf pasta or pizza bases (which they normally stock) but their beef burger was modified to be gf. It was so good I have been back twice 😍
