This place was absolutely horrendous, in terms of GF knowledge/sensitivity and service in general. Both the host and server were very rude and condescending when I asked for a GF menu for both myself and my friend. I also have a bad wheat allergy, and tried to make sure both of them knew I couldn't have bread anywhere near me.
My friend ordered the house salad for an appetizer without croutons. They just picked them out, and left one behind, which I found. I had to leave the restaurant in a hurry because I hadn't brought my allergy medication inside with me, and the entire time the server and manager were trying to get me to stay and make it worse!
Just because they have a GF menu doesn't mean they are willing to be understanding for your needs!
No
Even though they have gluten free options I have gotten sick every time I have eaten here.
Yes
Server gave me a GF menu and then when I ordered it she brought the regular meal. It took 45 min to get our food and our server never refilled my water. Please avoid server names Jessie.
I had never eaten olives garden gluten free until today, it was the worst pasta ever! It was not fully cooked & it was pretty hard, barely any sauce on it. If u have to eat gluten free, id say stay away! I decided to give them 1 more chance, this time they had a few not gluten free noodles in it! Which made me really sick
My experience tonight at Olive Garden was excellent. The waitress was knowledgeable about my options. Then the manager came over and acknowledged that I had requested for gluten-free options and insured me that they would change gloves to maximize safety. Then a third person came over to serve food and he pointed out that it was gluten-free and that they changed their gloves when making my food. I don't have allergies, but I am sensitive to gluten. I don't know if it would be safe for celiac, but it was safe for me.

I have eaten here twice and both times it was great! The servers are knowledgeable and their menu has everything labeled well so you can see what you have to choose from! They also instantly knew and aknowledged no croutons on the salad as soon as I mentioned a gluten allergy. I do wish they had more sauce options than what was listed.
