yeah, no. go to chili's or the grocery store, instead. Not safe. Not good. Unfriendly.
No
Very little allergy education here. Limited options and they screwed up and put croutons in my salad 3 times. Most of the sauces also contain gluten, including the Alfredo and marinara. They also served my gf meal with a breadstick on the plate.
No
Def no knowledge of GF.
No
Everything GF comes into the restaurant frozen! I asked for Alfredo the waitress response was "I think we can scrape the red sauce off". NO Thank you!
I visited the Olive Garden and was happy to see they had a few GF options. The waitress did not seem very knowledgeable on those options as she messed up my husbands GF order. Luckily he's only sensitive so he was ok with it. I got a pasta dish with shrimp and it was absolutely disgusting. The pasta was hard and the whole dish overall had no taste to it. It turned out to be bland shrimp with marinara sauce over hard corn pasta. I did not feel the love in that dish! The salad was good, but I kept being offered breadsticks which annoyed me since she knew I could not have them. I have been to many restaurants that offer GF that actually show they care. I just wish places like Olive Garden wouldn't offer GF options until they are ready to offer good food and have their waiters/waitresses be knowledgeable on allergies.
Finally talked my GF husband into going out to eat and it was a bad experience. GF pasta was either overlooked or undercooked but it was hard as can be. Should have listened to the other review and gone to Il forno. Chefs in the kitchen need to learn how to make GF pasta!
There are very few gluten free options and the GF pasta is never cooked right; it's either hard or very slimy. If you are looking for GF pasta that is actually good in the area try Il Forno
My experience tonight at Olive Garden was excellent. The waitress was knowledgeable about my options. Then the manager came over and acknowledged that I had requested for gluten-free options and insured me that they would change gloves to maximize safety. Then a third person came over to serve food and he pointed out that it was gluten-free and that they changed their gloves when making my food. I don't have allergies, but I am sensitive to gluten. I don't know if it would be safe for celiac, but it was safe for me.

I have eaten here twice and both times it was great! The servers are knowledgeable and their menu has everything labeled well so you can see what you have to choose from! They also instantly knew and aknowledged no croutons on the salad as soon as I mentioned a gluten allergy. I do wish they had more sauce options than what was listed.
