Know what you can get from a gluten free perspective before you come. The server didn’t understand the GF options (for example she said the GF pasta is cooked in the same water as the other pasta but it’s cooked in a bag, she didn’t know what sauces were ok for me and my son but I knee). I personally didn’t want to eat at a chain when in NYC but we needed GFfood late so Olive Garden served us well (and my son loves it)!

Simple gf menu and limited choice but for me that’s ok. GF pasta and sauce and separate salad without croutons. No dessert available.

Yes
The staff knew exactly what gluten was and the pasta was absolutely amazing.
Not a lot of choice, no separate preparing facility, but they are accommodating and helpful. Nice food.
No
My new favorite place for gluten free.
The menu is limited, the pasta was terrible and the chicken was dry. Why do they cook gluten free so badly? We will never go there again.
My experience tonight at Olive Garden was excellent. The waitress was knowledgeable about my options. Then the manager came over and acknowledged that I had requested for gluten-free options and insured me that they would change gloves to maximize safety. Then a third person came over to serve food and he pointed out that it was gluten-free and that they changed their gloves when making my food. I don't have allergies, but I am sensitive to gluten. I don't know if it would be safe for celiac, but it was safe for me.

I have eaten here twice and both times it was great! The servers are knowledgeable and their menu has everything labeled well so you can see what you have to choose from! They also instantly knew and aknowledged no croutons on the salad as soon as I mentioned a gluten allergy. I do wish they had more sauce options than what was listed.
