Review of Olive Garden

As a Celiac, it's frustrating they even have a gf menu. I went with family for a holiday and had a gift card, so figured I'd eat a salad. They showed me the menu, which had a gf pasta and then a list of items that were gf... but not for Celiacs. Salad, grilled chicken, and other things were listed. I spoke with two people, who were very poorly trained. The one told me I could have the salad but the dressing may have "a little bit of gluten in it". I tried to explain that things with "a little but if gluten in them" should never appear on a gf menu. That experience left me with very little trust in them. They also offer items such as French fries, in gluten fryers. I won't return to an Olive Garden.
