It's a fast food pasta place. Food is low quality and not very good. Wait staff and mgmt not fully aware of gluten in their offerings or handling of it.

Great food and they have a great gluten free pasta! But every time I get the side salad they put croutons and they have to send it back! It's just common sense but no one is perfect especially cooking for many people! I did enjoy the meal and might come back!
Gluten Free Rotini was tasty! Boyfriend couldn't even tell the difference! And the server was very accommodating and understanding of my allergy.
AMAZING experience! They had all allergens listed on the ziosk. When I said I have celiac, they told the kitchen and all servers who would be attending to my table and everything was prepared separately to avoid any cross contamination. They even had separate servers bring out my food to avoid it.

My experience tonight at Olive Garden was excellent. The waitress was knowledgeable about my options. Then the manager came over and acknowledged that I had requested for gluten-free options and insured me that they would change gloves to maximize safety. Then a third person came over to serve food and he pointed out that it was gluten-free and that they changed their gloves when making my food. I don't have allergies, but I am sensitive to gluten. I don't know if it would be safe for celiac, but it was safe for me.
