When the waiter asks "What's gluten?" it's time to start worrying. It went downhill from there. The first salad came with croutons and chicken parmesan came with pasta that was not gluten free.
No
I had chicken Parmesan grilled which was good but the pasta that came with it was over cooked and he sauce tasted like a can of hunts tomatoes but I didn’t have a reaction so I’d still say it’s safe
This was a terrible experience!!! The waiter went out of his way with my salads and he was fantastic. The problem was the pasta. I did a Nima text on it and it tested positive for gluten. I brought it up to the manager and they offered to bring me another plate. I turned it down as I was scared to eat at this point and they assured me I was wrong and it was gluten free. That’s just not the case.
Use caution eating here. I found a regular noodle with my gf pasta.
No
I ordered the GF Pasta, the waiter asked me if it was an allergy or preference. I told him explicitly that is was a severe allergy with very quick reaction time. He told me he would relay it to the kitchen. When my plate came my GF Pasta was mixed with regular pasta shells. (They only offer 1 type of pasta GF so I know the other types of noodles were not GF). Unfortunately I did not see this until I had eaten part of it. I will not go to Olive Garden anymore. This was too close of a call.

Great g free pasta. Salad no croutons. Great!!
Yes
My experience tonight at Olive Garden was excellent. The waitress was knowledgeable about my options. Then the manager came over and acknowledged that I had requested for gluten-free options and insured me that they would change gloves to maximize safety. Then a third person came over to serve food and he pointed out that it was gluten-free and that they changed their gloves when making my food. I don't have allergies, but I am sensitive to gluten. I don't know if it would be safe for celiac, but it was safe for me.

I have eaten here twice and both times it was great! The servers are knowledgeable and their menu has everything labeled well so you can see what you have to choose from! They also instantly knew and aknowledged no croutons on the salad as soon as I mentioned a gluten allergy. I do wish they had more sauce options than what was listed.
