The staff was not knowledgeable about celiac disease at all. I was assured my food would be safe from cross contamination. I started eating my gluten free pasta, and I found pieces of normal pasta. We tried another time, and I just ate the salad and let them know of my allergy and not to put croutons. That seemed to go well. I also got the steak, but I personally did not like it.
