Ate gluten free and never had any problems.

My daughter (5) was just diagnosed with celiacs and is in month 3 of her GF diet. I ordered hers first specifically stating she needs the GF rotini, GF marinara. (Which I called ahead to confirm they had and it states it on their website.)Waitress said, “Okay I’ll mark it as an allergy.” Food comes out and she gobbles it down, which should’ve been the hint I needed to check it… but I didn’t. I ate her last noodle - it didn’t taste or feel like GF. Turns out, it wasn’t. My daughter was sick all night.

I got the steak and broccoli and had some salad sans croutons. I don’t blame the establishment necessary because I had read so much about the cross contamination and still went for it.
Every dish came back as if ordered on the typical fashion with gluten. Mistakes happen, but it was clear the kitchen and even the server had no awareness of gluten. It’s what I expected and went because a friend wanted to go so I was fine with it. I don’t get extremely ill but could tell there was cross contamination the next day.

Not a very large selection…only one kind of pasta, corn based…was very brittle and over cooked.
They get no stars in my book because the manager was unable to tell me what the GF pasta was made with. I am allergic to tapioca on top of being gluten intolerant and he was unwilling to find out if tapioca was in the pasta.
The pasta falls apart easily but the sauce was good. not many options but I still appreciate chains that have gf options
My experience tonight at Olive Garden was excellent. The waitress was knowledgeable about my options. Then the manager came over and acknowledged that I had requested for gluten-free options and insured me that they would change gloves to maximize safety. Then a third person came over to serve food and he pointed out that it was gluten-free and that they changed their gloves when making my food. I don't have allergies, but I am sensitive to gluten. I don't know if it would be safe for celiac, but it was safe for me.

I have eaten here twice and both times it was great! The servers are knowledgeable and their menu has everything labeled well so you can see what you have to choose from! They also instantly knew and aknowledged no croutons on the salad as soon as I mentioned a gluten allergy. I do wish they had more sauce options than what was listed.
