Only had 3 options, steak, salmon and GF pasta with tomato meat sauce. Our server was not careful nor did she pay attention to the fact we asked specifically for there not to be any crotons on the salad and she showed up with the crotons on the salad. Instead of offering to bring another salad I had to ask for her to bring another salad. The servers do not seem to be trained at all for GF allergies/sensitivities.

This is the second time my son and I have gotten sick eating at this restaurant. The first time we assumed it was a fluke and decided to give them another try. What a mistake. We specifically told them we had a gluten allergy and ordered from the gluten free menu options. Half way through eating we each discovered wheat noodles in our gluten free pasta. They had cooked our gluten free noodles in the water they had cooked the wheat noodles in. They offered us a gift card which I declined because I will not set foot in the restaurant a third time. They claim they had procedures in place to cook things separately but obviously they didn't follow those procedures. I would worry about whether they follow other food safety guidelines as well.

Very limited GF options, but tasty. Server didn't know anything about items not on the "Allergen Menu."
My experience tonight at Olive Garden was excellent. The waitress was knowledgeable about my options. Then the manager came over and acknowledged that I had requested for gluten-free options and insured me that they would change gloves to maximize safety. Then a third person came over to serve food and he pointed out that it was gluten-free and that they changed their gloves when making my food. I don't have allergies, but I am sensitive to gluten. I don't know if it would be safe for celiac, but it was safe for me.

I have eaten here twice and both times it was great! The servers are knowledgeable and their menu has everything labeled well so you can see what you have to choose from! They also instantly knew and aknowledged no croutons on the salad as soon as I mentioned a gluten allergy. I do wish they had more sauce options than what was listed.
