I’ve had a bad experience with OG before, but I just ate there and I’m not having any side effects, so I would give it a try if you are looking for something generic.

The gf pasta and sauce is ok but they really needed more sauce as the pasta was dry. No dessert options for gf either.
No
I am not impressed at all with Olive Gardens GF offerings (very few choices and the GF pasta is cooked in the microwave). Also, having worked there as a line cook for a time, I personally saw that the kitchen staff was handling GF foods with the gloves that were handling the non-GF foods (for a lot of people, myself included, cross-contamination can be a dangerous thing).
No
The GF menu was very limited and the food was not very good, sauce was bland and pasta was cold and under cooked. I have no plans to go back. If you have a Macaroni Grill, they are leaps and bounds better than Olive Garden.
Gluten free menu has a Very limited selection. Great service, but staff could be trained better about celiac. Also, food could Definitely be prepared better!
My experience tonight at Olive Garden was excellent. The waitress was knowledgeable about my options. Then the manager came over and acknowledged that I had requested for gluten-free options and insured me that they would change gloves to maximize safety. Then a third person came over to serve food and he pointed out that it was gluten-free and that they changed their gloves when making my food. I don't have allergies, but I am sensitive to gluten. I don't know if it would be safe for celiac, but it was safe for me.

I have eaten here twice and both times it was great! The servers are knowledgeable and their menu has everything labeled well so you can see what you have to choose from! They also instantly knew and aknowledged no croutons on the salad as soon as I mentioned a gluten allergy. I do wish they had more sauce options than what was listed.
