DO NOT EAT HERE. NOT SAFE. I always ask if they cook the pasta in fresh water. The first time I ate here, they assured me that the gluten-free pasta was not cooked in the same water as the regular pasta. I got sick, but attributed it to something else. I am in the restaurant right now, and I have confirmed with the manager that the GF pasta is cooked in the same water and cookers as the regular pasta. The manager knows that this causes cross-contact and doesn't care. IT IS NOT SAFE TO EAT HERE.
