My husband received a gift card to olive garden and I was nervous about it. I was able to eat salad without croutons and their zuppa toscana soup which is gf and tastes amazing. It is like a potato soup with sausage in it. I'm very sensitive to even the slightest bit of cross contamination with severe reactions and I had no issues at all. We will definitely go again as it is so hard to find safe places to eat. I won't risk their gf pastas though. I've heard they use the same water for both regular and gf pastas. Don't know if that's a fact but I'm not willing to chance it. The zuppa toscana soup and salad was amazing and I was safe with no adverse reactions.
I get sick every single time I eat here. They somehow manage to mix non-gluten free pasta in with their “gluten free” pasta dishes. Don’t eat here unless you want to get sick. Olive Garden does not take Celiac seriously.
No
Gluten-free pasta sucks
My experience tonight at Olive Garden was excellent. The waitress was knowledgeable about my options. Then the manager came over and acknowledged that I had requested for gluten-free options and insured me that they would change gloves to maximize safety. Then a third person came over to serve food and he pointed out that it was gluten-free and that they changed their gloves when making my food. I don't have allergies, but I am sensitive to gluten. I don't know if it would be safe for celiac, but it was safe for me.

I have eaten here twice and both times it was great! The servers are knowledgeable and their menu has everything labeled well so you can see what you have to choose from! They also instantly knew and aknowledged no croutons on the salad as soon as I mentioned a gluten allergy. I do wish they had more sauce options than what was listed.
