I was very clear about my allergy and ordered gluten free pasta, when they brought it out I verified that the pasta was GF, it was full gluten spaghetti!
Even when they brought out the pasta I asked if it was the gluten free pasta and the waitress assured me it was and after one bite I knew it wasn’t and I was sick for a week!

ate here three times, got sick twice and the staff aren’t much help
I have went here twice this year. I have asked for G. free menu both times. I also got sick both times. Don't go here if you have Celiac disease.
No
You have to request the gluten free menu, the menu is one sheet, prices aren't listed, the server said you just have to go by the prices on the main menu. They have GF pasta and the salad is the same minus the crotons. There is one soup and no dessert options and can't guarantee on mixed drinks. But more than I expected!
Horrible horrible horrible! I ordered the only steak and mashed potato and I found a noodle in the mashed potatoes!!! Not going back
No
Do NOT go to Olive Garden if you expect anyone to have a clue about gluten. I was clearly specific when ordering, yet I got croutons on my salad, breadcrumbs on my zucchini, and when I finally got broccoli it was cold and tasted terrible. STAY away!!!
OG only offers a corn based pasta, which is still a grain and is easily cross contaminated. So, if you are a true severe Celiac, this isn't the place for you.
They have a few gluten free options, but I've tried several times its not the best gluten free pasta place out there, but its edible not my favorite.
I was very impressed. I don't have Celiac, but I have a gluten sensitivity. I get embarrassed when I ask for gluten free stuff and people make a big deal about it. I try and modify things myself from the menu to get what I need, and today at Olive Garden after asking for my chicken to not be breaded and no croutons in my salad my server caught on pretty quick. She accommodated me perfectly, and didn't make it a huge deal. They literally made me a dish from scratch after all was said and done. I got their new smoked mozzarella chicken dish with chicken breast instead of breaded chicken fingers and gluten free pasta (the sauce was not gluten free so beware). I have tried other gluten free pastas and decided to just call off the pasta chase after many failed attempts, but I honestly couldn't tell the difference with olive gardens gf pasta! It tasted like it had slightly been overcooked, but considering that it was gf, I didn't even think twice! I was thrilled at how good it tasted! I will definitely order it again and try other sauces with the pasta!
They have a few dedicated gluten free options. It is rather limited but it is pasta. The pasta I chose was overcooked and scraped off the bottom of the pan and tasted like mush. Not a bad pasta otherwise. I'm most worried about cross contamination here, although I did not get sick.
My experience tonight at Olive Garden was excellent. The waitress was knowledgeable about my options. Then the manager came over and acknowledged that I had requested for gluten-free options and insured me that they would change gloves to maximize safety. Then a third person came over to serve food and he pointed out that it was gluten-free and that they changed their gloves when making my food. I don't have allergies, but I am sensitive to gluten. I don't know if it would be safe for celiac, but it was safe for me.

I have eaten here twice and both times it was great! The servers are knowledgeable and their menu has everything labeled well so you can see what you have to choose from! They also instantly knew and aknowledged no croutons on the salad as soon as I mentioned a gluten allergy. I do wish they had more sauce options than what was listed.
