I ordered the grilled chicken parm with rotini and salad with oil and vinegar. I had no issues. The waitress was new and asked questions to be sure I would be ok. She hand carried out my dish separate. I normally would not have went here but it was an event I was invited to. Pleasantly surprised

Went with two individuals with Celiacs. We asked the staff which items could be made gluten free, to which they stated any item. Both “gluten free” dishes made them incredibly sick. Apparently they put bread crumbs in the dish. Would not recommend for gluten free dining.
No
Ordered pasta and sauce to go with salad (minus croutons). No issues and as always tasted great.
Yes
Can I give zero stars? Ordered GF pasta, half was hard as a rock and half so overcooked that it was just a ball of mush (looked like risotto it was in a mushy clump!) They're clueless. Didn't even know what gluten free pasta was when I ordered - needed to ask a Manager! Skip it.
My experience tonight at Olive Garden was excellent. The waitress was knowledgeable about my options. Then the manager came over and acknowledged that I had requested for gluten-free options and insured me that they would change gloves to maximize safety. Then a third person came over to serve food and he pointed out that it was gluten-free and that they changed their gloves when making my food. I don't have allergies, but I am sensitive to gluten. I don't know if it would be safe for celiac, but it was safe for me.

I have eaten here twice and both times it was great! The servers are knowledgeable and their menu has everything labeled well so you can see what you have to choose from! They also instantly knew and aknowledged no croutons on the salad as soon as I mentioned a gluten allergy. I do wish they had more sauce options than what was listed.
