Diagnosed with Celiac in Feb 2023. Family wanted Olive Garden tonight and I was very worried. I explained to the waitress that I could not have gluten. She brought me my own salad with no croutons and the to-go dressings because she said the dressing can be cross-contaminated because of where it’s located in the back. Pointed out what I could safely eat…granted there’s not a lot, but it’s ITALIAN so I wasn’t expecting much. Food was delicious and I didn’t feel “glutened” after. I’ll definitely be back!

My wife and I had dinner here in June of 2017. (Wife has celiac). We did everything we are supposed to do, we talked to the waitress in depth and she was great. She assured us her dinner would be properly prepared. She ordered steak, broccoli and mashed potatoes. Pretty safe, or so we thought. Meal came, again, reassured by our waitress that it was indeed gf. She ate some of the steak and potatoes, first fork full of broccoli and we found Pasta under the broccoli. Needless to say meal was over. Manager came out and apologized. We could hear the waitress screaming at the kitchen staff. Unfortunately all it takes is one knucklehead to screw up. Would not recommend
No
The GF pasta always seems to be a little under cooked but it tastes pretty good.
My experience tonight at Olive Garden was excellent. The waitress was knowledgeable about my options. Then the manager came over and acknowledged that I had requested for gluten-free options and insured me that they would change gloves to maximize safety. Then a third person came over to serve food and he pointed out that it was gluten-free and that they changed their gloves when making my food. I don't have allergies, but I am sensitive to gluten. I don't know if it would be safe for celiac, but it was safe for me.

I have eaten here twice and both times it was great! The servers are knowledgeable and their menu has everything labeled well so you can see what you have to choose from! They also instantly knew and aknowledged no croutons on the salad as soon as I mentioned a gluten allergy. I do wish they had more sauce options than what was listed.
