The server was knowledgeable about what sauces contain gluten. The gluten free pasta was pretty good, but I’m pretty sure that it was boiled in the same water as the regular pasta. It’s the only thing I ate today and I have a very obvious skin reaction to gluten. So that sucks. That’s happened more than once at a restaurant where I’ve gotten gluten free pasta (I’m new). I guess all you can do is stress the need for a fresh pot of water.

Okay, the service here is fantastic but there's a catch. At this location anyways, they are Gluten Sensitive and NOT Gluten free. They do try hard but due to Cross contamination, I've gotten sent to the hospital 3 out of 5 visits and can no longer eat there. I even have tried it while taking the supplement Gluten Exe but still for sick. Just be cautious while eating here and if the current staff isn't familiar with their allergin menu then go else where.
Not a whole lot to choose from but at this point ill take what I can get!

My experience tonight at Olive Garden was excellent. The waitress was knowledgeable about my options. Then the manager came over and acknowledged that I had requested for gluten-free options and insured me that they would change gloves to maximize safety. Then a third person came over to serve food and he pointed out that it was gluten-free and that they changed their gloves when making my food. I don't have allergies, but I am sensitive to gluten. I don't know if it would be safe for celiac, but it was safe for me.

I have eaten here twice and both times it was great! The servers are knowledgeable and their menu has everything labeled well so you can see what you have to choose from! They also instantly knew and aknowledged no croutons on the salad as soon as I mentioned a gluten allergy. I do wish they had more sauce options than what was listed.
