Review of Olive Garden

I had the Herb Grill Salmon with steamed broccoli and a plain salad off of the gluten sensitive menu. I told the server that it was a severe gluten "allergy" and he assured us that precautions were taken in the kitchen. The food arrived hot and tasted fine. A few hours later I was in the emergency room, badly glutened and very ill. If you have Celiac disease this location (Huntsville, TX) is probably not a good choice. I have eaten the same meal at another Olive Garden and did not become sick. So beware.
