My waitress was Becca. Her sister has celiac disease so she was very knowledgeable about cross contamination. Super friendly and I walked out feeling great! Had the leftovers for lunch the next day. Will definitely go back and ask for Becca!
Yes
After telling our server that I was celiac she went to the back and got the manager. The manager talked with me made recommendations and I place my order for the sirloin, garlic Parmesan french fries and salad no croutons. When staff came to bring us our plates she immediately asked who is gluten-free? Then she said that they went through the whole procedure in the back to make my food. I enjoyed my food and had no reaction!
Yes
I would not recommend this particular restaurant. We have eaten at other Olive Garden restaurants without a problem. Unfortunately, my daughter started feeling the effects of gluten before we even got home (neuropathy in her legs and upset stomach). I called the manager at the time & they were very apologetic. We believe the waitstaff was new and "took off" the croutons from the salad instead of getting a new one. It is likely a training issue & may have been fixed. My daughter refuses to eat there now for obvious reasons.
No
My experience tonight at Olive Garden was excellent. The waitress was knowledgeable about my options. Then the manager came over and acknowledged that I had requested for gluten-free options and insured me that they would change gloves to maximize safety. Then a third person came over to serve food and he pointed out that it was gluten-free and that they changed their gloves when making my food. I don't have allergies, but I am sensitive to gluten. I don't know if it would be safe for celiac, but it was safe for me.

I have eaten here twice and both times it was great! The servers are knowledgeable and their menu has everything labeled well so you can see what you have to choose from! They also instantly knew and aknowledged no croutons on the salad as soon as I mentioned a gluten allergy. I do wish they had more sauce options than what was listed.
