Ordered their salad with no cheese (also allergic to milk fat) was told after a few bites that the dressing has parmigiana in it. Ok miscommunication. Tried them a second time for a late lunch, stressed the celiac and dairy allergy and still got sick this time obviously a gluten issue.not sure if it was a shared pan or strainer but either way I’ll never go back to another one.
No
Gluten free salad and pasta. Be sure to tell them to use a fresh strainer for the pasta. Stress your intolerance and you will be ok.
Yes
So disappointed by the menu. Don't waste your time or money!
They had an allergen menu on ziosk which was easy to navigate, and our server was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. Sounds great? Well: the allergen menu said that the kids menu french fries were wheat-free. I have a lot of allergies, so I ended up getting a plain chicken breast (which came out with some unknown seasoning in it), steamed broccoli, and the parmesan fries that I thought would be safe for me. Halfway through our meal, I found bits of breading, maybe from chicken nuggets, in my french fries. I obviously didn't finish my meal, and I got quite sick, on top of feeling a little betrayed by the false sense of security the overall vibe of the restaurant had given me. Very disappointing.

My experience tonight at Olive Garden was excellent. The waitress was knowledgeable about my options. Then the manager came over and acknowledged that I had requested for gluten-free options and insured me that they would change gloves to maximize safety. Then a third person came over to serve food and he pointed out that it was gluten-free and that they changed their gloves when making my food. I don't have allergies, but I am sensitive to gluten. I don't know if it would be safe for celiac, but it was safe for me.

I have eaten here twice and both times it was great! The servers are knowledgeable and their menu has everything labeled well so you can see what you have to choose from! They also instantly knew and aknowledged no croutons on the salad as soon as I mentioned a gluten allergy. I do wish they had more sauce options than what was listed.
