I ordered online (as everything is order online currently). I noted GF in the comments and said to omit whatever wasn’t GF. The angel of an owner called me and said X and Y weren’t GF, and asked if I wanted substitutions and whatnot. That was sweet. But when I came to pick up my order, the owner gave me a to go menu and walked me through what was GF and what wasn’t. Gave me a menu to keep at home as well. She was super knowledgeable, and I had 0 reactions!

Always very friendly and accommodating for celiac. They made me aware that the ancient grains have barley in it, which is nice to know that they understand that gluten is not only in wheat, but also barley and rye. Other than the pita bread, which is kept in a separate area, the only things on the line that have gluten are the ancient grains, couscous, and pita crisps. They use separate utensils to grab each individual item. My celiac family member has eaten here many, many, many times and never had a problem with cross contamination. We LOVE this establishment, please support them whenever you’re in the area!
*Sadly, due to covid, they have had a hard time Re-staffing and are not open on the weekends (currently). You also cannot do eat-in right now.

I order takeout at this establishment at least twice a month and they are always the friendliest staff. They have been more than happy to answer any questions I have had regarding allergens or dietary restrictions. They're a great Mediterranean option and are very reasonably priced for how much food you are given.

It’s a Mediterranean fast casual restaurant, you can choose a grain or salad based bowl. Lots of healthy veggies, proteins and spreads. Mostly gluten free items with the exception of the ancient grains that have barley and the pita bread.
