Staff appeared very familiar with gluten free cooking. Restaurant prides itself on healthy cooking. All items we ordered were supposedly made with gluten free ingredients. Everything tasted amazing, and I had no immediate cramps. However, about 90 minutes after eating, everything went right through me. To be fair, my non-Celiac wife had the same thing happen to her, so it's not a given that I had a gluten reaction. I'm willing to experiment with this restaurant again
