Great food! Only a few items with gluten and/dairy - gyro has flour, pitas are flour, house sauce has dairy. Fryer is dedicated gf, but is soybean oil. You can ask them to change their gloves and make your whole bowl. You can request the plain chicken not warmed up to avoid risk of cross contact on the shared grill.
