Ugh. I want to like this place so much. It’s so cluttered and seems dingy and dirty to the point that I can’t trust the idea that cross contamination won’t be high. Last time I ate here I threw up. Was it because of here? 🤷‍♀ I have been in a few times before, but I can’t see myself going back. The gf bread isn’t great anyway, but it was nice to think I had a nearby sandwich shop.

We've been here multiple times and its now a staple for our trips to Colorado Springs. Love the family atmosphere and the gluten free breakfast sandwiches and sweet breads are great for both dine in ot take out.

this place is doing it right! not only do they offer awesome gluten free bread they make in house, they do a gluten free waffle and they source tons of local items! plus their meats are nitrate free ! They know your name if you are locals and that was cool to see while people way hing and enjoying a delicious gf sandwich.
