Olives Eatery and Two Twisted Sisters

I called ahead and spoke to manager and chef. This restaurant mainly offers patinas, salads and soups. They have a separate pannini maker. Sandwich is prepared on foil. They have separate utensils and prep area. The GF bread was excellent. There were many dressing options for side salads. I was very pleased with their knowledge and offerings. Very nice to work with and speak to about CD.

they have gluten free focaccia bread. it was really good and home made..but other than that wasn't much of a selection..food was delicious

Extensive GF selections and a knowledgeable kitchen and waiting staff. GF panini bread and a separate panini press for their sandwiches, which are excellent.

Our first day in Baldwinsville and we had a lovely lunch here. Inventive salads and sandwiches (hot and cold). Much of their menu is already GF. They even have GF focaccia and a dedicated GF panini press! Yum!
