I walked in to order takeout and the person at the host stand could not tell me what types of allergy precautions were taken in the kitchen. Asked for the manager, who was very friendly and assured me that the kitchen would do everything it could to prevent cross-contamination. Even though the gluten free pizzas are cooked in the big oven, they are on a separate tray and the staff is careful. I didn’t have a reaction, but my salad came with croutons so I couldn’t eat that.
