They use separately packaged gluten free crusts and hoagie buns.

My husband is extremely sensitive and orders their gluten free pizza and hoagies frequently. He loves them and has never had an issue.

The stuff is extremely friendly. I order their regular items while my husband orders the gluten free and they are also very good.
