This is NOT gluten free! They "do their best to avoid cross contamination" meaning nothing is separate and dedicated solely to gluten free products. When it's this obvious, how do people trust the process?

They only had 1 item that was gluten free, a banana nut muffin. It was good, but given the other reviews and the info on the website, I went expecting to be able to order breakfast.
Fantastic bakery. Gluten free options are amazing!!! The keep it very safe from cross-contamination. They have a different types of gluten free muffins every morning! It's so good that sometimes they're gone midday because nonGF people love them too!!! Definitely stop in!

Went here for lunch without Cutie Girl to check it out...lots of fun gf dessert options and lovely, light and fluffy quiche with gf crust. Staff very knowledgable, too!We have a crumb cross-contamination concern at bakeries when gf and non-gf are in the same display cases, but the shelves were solid and clean and the items weren't overly crowded, so might hesitate with Cutie, who has Celiac, but feel pretty good about general gluten-free concerns.
I have to say Betty has always been accommodating to my dietary needs. Which are several, one being true celiacs Gluten Free. But I do realize the preparation she has to under take to make her kitchen TRULY gluten free, which she totally understands the importance of. So if ever she can't accommodate me I truly understand and appreciate her honesty!! Thank you Betty :)

Called to order some gluten free cupcakes and they were not willing to make anything. "We are too busy to make any gluten free batter right now" was the response I received from the girl that answered the phone. I guess a weeks notice isn't long enough.

Really good gf muffins. Great little coffee shop.

OTR is a nice little bakery in Tatnuck Square. While they do use glutenful flours here, they usually have plenty of gf options as well, and are very knowledgeable and vigilant about cross contamination while baking. They always seem to have 1-2 gf cakes (including a triple chocolate mousse cake that is to die for, that gf and non-gf people alike love), a daily gf muffin (usually a seasonal flavor or often banana chocolate chip) and several quiches for lunch that are delicious and also gf. One year my husband ordered me a gf birthday cake from here, and it was phenomenal. If you are a coffee person, they use Torani syrups (which are mostly gf, and they have info on their website about which syrups do contain gluten) and also note that their soymilk is gf.Sometimes they are out of all the gf options for the day, especially the muffins, so I'd go earlier if possible. Although, I have to say that the muffins are my least favorite -- they aren't bad, but they are small and if they aren't fresh out of the oven they sort of sag a bit. But in Worcester, this is the best place to get gf baked goods, by far. At least that I've found!
