Incredible and safe restaurant. Wife of the owner is celiac, so they have a dedicated menu and all the products that they offer as gluten free are chosen by her. The food is always yummy and I have never gotten sick after eating here.

So here the thing, the gluten-free fryer here isn’t always on but if you call ahead they will fire it up for you. The few times I went, I had wonderful servers who knew about cross-contamination. They will batter all the fried goodness in cornmeal so it’s gluten-free and if you know you are going a few days ahead of time, they will make a gluten-free version of their cornbread.
