Review of On Toast

Had been eating their Avocado Toast on Sourdough for a few years prior to diagnosis. Was pleasantly surprised at how well they accommodate for GF afterward. They offer all their sandwiches on gluten-free bread (it's not very good, but it gets the job done) and prepare the bread in a dedicated GF toaster instead of the toaster oven the regular bread goes into. Use separate tongs for handling the GF bread, separate cutting board, and prepare the GF meals on their own plate instead of the regular prep section. Really well done for a tiny pop-up stall in Union Market!
