Great place to stop while visiting Assateague or OCMD. They have premade, wrapped gluten and vegan treats to go with your coffee, tea or cocoa. They have almond (and oat if tolerated) milk. The London Fog and Aztec dark hot chocolate were amazing. Cool vibe. A new favorite spot. Definitely worth the trip … and calories lol

I found out that On What Grounds carries some baked goods that are gluten, dairy and soy free! Only one item in this photo is not soy free. Everything was delicious.

Great coffee in a super cute location on Main Street! The only GF food option when I visited were some prepackaged coffee cake slices from a dedicated GF bakery. I wish they had GF options for their breakfast sandwiches.
