Delicious, and mostly vegan and gf. No artificial dyes, and organic fruit in syrups. Delicious! Not as brightly colored as some shave ice, and that was a plus for us!

Not sure there is generally a lot of gluten in shave ice, but since they make most of the syrups here, they can answer any questions you might have. Flavors were really good.
