One and Only is always awesome!! They change their gloves for my lettuce burger and the fries are GF. The owner Gabriel is such a wonderful man.

Review
Fries are the only thing fried. Strictly a burger and hotdog place. Old school diner type set up where you can see everything being prepared. The meat is cooked in separate place than where bread is toasted. They offer lettuce wrap in place of bun. But no separate utensils and no glove changing. Cool place with good food but don’t recommend for celiac. Have had no reaction one trip and reaction next trip.

The fryer is dedicated for fries, with no bun the burgers are ok. They are cooked on a separate place than bread. They make the bun less burger in a different space then bun burgers and wear gloves.
