Their menu says they can make most things gluten free, but doesn’t go into what exactly they would do. I told our server I was celiac and she launched into what has soy in it—so I backed up and explained gluten-free, and she told me she can do lots of things, like the calamari. I stopped her and asked if they had a dedicated fryer, and they don’t. So my hope in this place is diminishing quickly, but we try to order things that just don’t need changed much, and remind her often about cross contamination and gluten being related to flour. We got a bun-less burger, kale salad and stuffed mushroom. I still got sick within half an hour after finishing. Such a bummer—it was amazing food. Might be fine if you are just avoiding gluten for fun, but if you’re celiac or have strong reactions, stay away until they train their staff better!!
