Good variety of gluten free and non-gluten free treats. Most gf options are from nuflours bakery. They have quiche, brownies, tiramisu, muffins and cakes. While they are all displayed in the same case, the gf options are packaged separately in plastic containers, probably straight from the bakery.

They also have onigiri, but there may be cross contamination. The beef onigiri contains soy sauce, but the tuna and crab onigiri do not contain gluten. However, they are prepared in the same onigiri mold. They offered to clean everything and make new onigiri for me which was very nice.

I ended up getting the bacon potato quiche instead and it was really good. All the drinks I’ve tried have been very good as well, including the matcha and the passion fruit jasmine tea.

Review

This place has tons of Nuflours options as well as some gf things they make in house like quiche and muffins. Not an entire gf establishment and what they have available changes sometimes by season or availability, but everything I've had there so far has been delicious!
