One Bourbon

Came to Grand Rapids for a business trip. Was looking for some place local to have dinner/drinks. The Ambiance and atmosphere was epic! One of those speak easy kind of vibes with more bourbon’s and whiskey options than 1 could dream of. I personally have a gluten allergy, and was torn between the pork hop and the ribeye. Ultimately I went for the ribeye, and OMG, it just melts in your mouth! The ribeye was so delicious, I forgot to take a picture of it, lol. Beyond the Ambiance, and the food…I have to commend the wait staff on amazing service! The service was that of what you’d expect from a place that charges $40+ per oz. on steaks…not a place that charges $40 per steak! Our waiter was Cody and the guy at the bar while we waited for a table was Dustin. Dustin took the time to verify the bourbon he made my old fashioned with was certified gluten free, and not just distilled to be gluten free! And I loved the shirt on the wall stating that the soup of the day is Bourbon!
