I had lunch here recently and I had a good chat with the manager who assured me they have 2 fryers and they try to keep half their kitchen dedicated gluten free to avoid cross contamination. They brought me some of the freshest, crispiest, tastiest calamari I've ever had. Everyone was really nice, even the chef came out to chat. I will definitely be returning there soon!
