Went here with friends who called ahead the day before. The person answering the phone at 3pm on a Friday was very clear that they had GF burger buns and cauliflower crusts for pizzas and it seemed like a safe bet. I couldn't imagine having a problem with most of the meats on the menu either and since it was a Saturday I asked our waiter to find out if I could do the prime rib special. Meat, salad, potato right? Maybe the au jus wouldn't work but I thought I was in the clear. The waiter came back and explained that all of the bread is grilled on the same surface as all of their meat is cooked on. This of course means that the burgers with their GF buns were pointless as well. But I was assured that the cauliflower crust could be used for any of the pizzas or flatbread. Okay cool. I shift gears and start to look over my options only to have the waiter return and tell me that all of the pizzas are cooked in the same oven on a shared surface with the regular crusts as well. At this point I'm a little crushed and say okay well since everyone else has now ordered and I'm hungry, I'll take a baked potatoe and a garden salad. Somehow they don't even have whole potatoes so I ended up with a plate of mashed potatoes and a garden salad. I was so appreciative that the staff were so clear about the kitchens limitations but it would have been so helpful if they front of house had told us that the day before so I could have had a chance to eat a real meal somewhere. Also the fries day GF but are cooked in a shared fryer so again, no dice.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. GF buns, pizza crusts and other options. Food was terrific. Please note I’m intolerant, not celiac, so I can’t speak to cross contamination.
