OneTaco Taquería @ Anderson Mill

I’ve never had an issue here (specifically to the BREAKFAST tacos).

Unfortunately, I’m having to edit my review as I have had a reaction twice shortly after eating off the non-breakfast menu now. While I can’t be certain they were the cause, it’s highly probable and I feel it’s necessary to share with others (as much as it pains me to do so!)

Inside the restaurant they do have a sign posted saying that all tacos ordered on a corn tortilla are gluten free, but if you are highly sensitive to cross contamination, just be careful.

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?

— Not at all

— No gluten-free information on the menu

How much of the menu is available gluten-free?

— Not Much/None

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

Confused on the other two reviews. We went to eat and all the 3 employees either didn’t know what gluten free was or said nothing was gluten free. We didn’t eat anything since there was no gf I for auto. - Nothing on the website either.

Looking at the other reviews, yes you can do a corn tortilla but you don’t know the ingredients in any of the meat or sauces…

We have eaten here many times over the past few years and have never gotten sick. Most tacos can be made gluten free by subbing the tacos made on flour tortillas to being made in corn. Both breakfast and lunch/dinner menus are awesome!

Everything is GF except the flour tortillas! It was delicious!
