Not dedicated gf. Regular toast and they use the same toasters. Do not seem knowledgeable about cross contamination.

Plenty of options and the owner Tricia is knowledgeable about all her products and gluten content.

It is not dedicated GF as they serve toast that is not GF. I had oatmeal that she assured me was GF. I hope she knew what she was talking about because when I walked in I said, “I hear you are gluten free” and she said “oh yes!” But when I questioned her about the toast she said that was regular bread. I asked for coffee and she gave me flavored coffee without telling me it would be flavored. She only said that she serves iced coffee only. The oatmeal tasted good.
I believe the classification of “dedicated gluten free” should be changed. Although the majority of items are gluten free, they also have toasts in their menu and when I asked the guy he said the bread wasn’t gluten free. The fruit bowls and juices are amazing, though!

Awesome, delicious bowls. I just don't know why they aren't open more often? Even in the summer, they'd close at 6 or 7pm, way too early for a dessert place most days.

Fairly new place, barely open six months now. They are completely gluten-free and they have everything from juices and smoothies to bowls. I had the pineapple immunity booster smoothie with banana and it was amazing. Tasted just like a piña colada minus the booze lol i'm definitely coming back!!
