We’ve eaten here dozens of times and always avoid the cutting board, but otherwise have never been sick. We don’t really get any sides, just meat, but it’s always safe. We love opies.

We ordered by phone and the staff was very knowledgeable about what was gluten free (including all meats, sauces, and sides, except tater tot casserole). The desserts/pies all have gluten though. Food is amazing, great Texas barbeque.
